Terms of use

Last updated 3 November 2026 · Neulish Labs, India · hello@neulish.com

These terms cover Neulish Speech, the AI speaking coach called Vani, at neulish-vani.vercel.app and any future Neulish address. By signing in you agree to them and to the privacy policy.

1. Who can use Vani

2. What Vani is, and is not

Vani is a practice partner for speaking: for people who stutter, freeze or lose their words, and for anyone with a talk, an interview or a hard conversation ahead. She is patient by design and she listens to how you sound as well as what you say.

She is not a speech-language pathologist, a therapist, a doctor, a diagnosis, or a treatment. Her readings of tone, delivery and face are estimates. Her advice is general. Nothing she says is a medical or clinical opinion, and no outcome is promised.

If you are in danger or thinking of harming yourself, please contact someone now: in India call 112, or Tele-MANAS on 14416. Vani will point you there too, and a call that turns to crisis is never cut short by a minute limit.

3. Plans, minutes and payment

4. Fair use

5. Your content

What you say stays yours. You give us a limited licence to process it to run the service: to let Vani remember you, to compute your Insights, and to improve her in anonymised, aggregated form. You can delete it (see the privacy policy).

6. Availability

Vani depends on third-party services (ElevenLabs, Hume, Supabase, Razorpay, Vercel). We work to keep her up, but outages happen and minutes lost to an outage are restored on request.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Neulish Labs is not liable for decisions you make on the basis of Vani's conversation or readings, for indirect or consequential loss, or for amounts beyond what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

8. Ending

You can stop any time; email us to delete your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes go to the courts of Mumbai.

9. Changes

If the terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and we tell you on the page before your next call.
